Join us for an unforgettable autumn retreat in Lapland. You can hike in the colorful ruska landscape, do gentle and restorative yoga, enjoy sound bowl relaxation, feel the ancient energies of Lapland on drumming trips and relax by the fire at traditional kota hut. In the evenings, you relax in the soothing baths of the sauna and take care of yourself with peat masks and foot baths. It's wonderful to share the experiences of Lapland with like-minded women. In the middle of Lapland's delicate Arctic nature, you stop and recover from your everyday life!

Where?

In Lapland, in the landscapes of Levi.
In the village of Köngäs and in Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park.

What?

Thursday 12.9. The start of the retreat

Arrival in Taivaanvalkeat, Köngäs village on the banks of Ounasjoki river. In the boutique hotel Taivaanvalkeat, the mind rests and not even the sky is a limit for the powerful and purifying energies that the Tonttula experience village area brings to life. The hundred-year-old log houses and beach sauna create a magical setting for a retreat.

The invigorating and cleansing energy drink of Lapland welcomes everyone. We take part in a relaxing drum trip that calms our minds and allows us to descend into the energies of Lapland.

A nutritious vegetarian meal consisting of local ingredients is offered for dinner. During the evening, we get to know each other and take a joint evening walk in Tonttula's fairytale forest.

Friday 13.9. Fell energy

The day starts with fresh spring water and gentle morning yoga. After breakfast, we delve into studying ourselves through the Enneagram. With the help of the Enneagram, we get to know nine absolutely wonderful personality types, nine different styles of being and acting. Rejoicing in our own strengths, we enjoy a soup lunch and go hiking in the fells.

We walk calmly on the wonderful fell paths, admiring the splendor of nature's colors and the wonderful fell landscape. In a Lappish hut we relax by the fire, enjoying the magical hum of the drum and we get to hear Lapland's ancient stories.

A delicious vegetarian dinner awaits us at Taivaanvalkeat. Afterwards we can relax in the gentle embracing steam of a traditional beach sauna and pamper ourselves with peat masks and herbal foot baths. The bravest can take a dip in the cool water of Ounasjoki river.

The night arrives in the north and the stars light up twinkling in the sky. If we are lucky, we get to admire the northern lights dancing in the sky as the night darkens.

Saturday 14.9. Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and the conquest of Taivaskero

Saturday starts with fresh spring water and gentle morning yoga. After breakfast, we head to Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park to the mythical chain of seven fells, to the wonderful scenery of Pallas. Here, at the source of the world's cleanest air, we reach the top of the Taivaskero. Arctic nature is powerful, anciently harsh and beautiful. From the great fells of Lapland, the whole of Lapland opens up before us. Nature bathed in the splendor of the colors of Ruska makes our hearts sparkle.

After the outdoor activity, we enjoy a tasty meal in an atmospheric hut and, if we wish, continue with the enneagram for a while, focusing on our own strengths.

After arriving in Taivaanvalkeat, the evening continues with free socializing and togetherness with a sauna option. During the evening meal, we get to hear Maarit's experiences from her wonderful trips through all of Finland's national parks.
